The East Springfield Neighborhood Council is a non-profit, volunteer organization and is the civic voice for neighbors within East Springfield. Also known as ESNC, The Council consists of neighbors and business owners in East Springfield. Residents living in the community including people who rent, own or lease property are members. WE are YOU!
WHAT WE DO
The Council focuses on the health, public safety, and quality of life issues for its residents. We plan art and computer workshops, B.E.S.T. cleanup projects, business fairs, Check your Speed events, annual National Night Out events, neighborhood gatherings, and much more. We are busy and we have fun - join us!.
WHEN WE MEET
Board meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Police beat meetings are held prior to the board meeting on the third Tuesday meeting. Meetings start at 6:30 PM. We are happy to be meeting in-person once again! Meetings will continue to also be available online on our Facebook page. Past meetings may be viewed on YouTube. Join us!
YOU CAN HELP!
Members make decisions for the neighborhood. By participating in Council meetings, you ensure that Springfield City Officials understand the community’s needs. Meeting decisions directly impact your neighborhood. Please attend a meeting, voice your concerns, volunteer for a project - we look forward to seeing you!

B.E.S.T. Event - Wednesday, June 8th!
ESNC will team up with the Hampden Cnty Sheriff Department in the area of Page Blvd between Roosevelt Ave and St James Blvd. Activities include cleaning and trimming alleyways and distributing "Curb Appeal" notices to businesses. Join us if you can!
